adm Indicia retain Living Wage Network certification for 5th year

We are delighted to share we have retained our Living Wage certification, reaffirming out commitment to fair compensation for our global workforce.

In 2022, we began working with the Fair Wage Network as part of our journey to become a Living Wage Certified employer. This collaboration continued through to our successful certification, which we proudly achieved in December 2023 and again in 2024 and 2025. In 2026, we obtain the certification for our combined business adm Indicia. As part of our ongoing, strategic objectives to increasingly move beyond audit compliance, we will also gradually support improved social, positive impacts by assisting our supplier communities in achieving a similar outcome for their workforce.

Fair Wage Network continues to play an important role in this journey providing us with recognised benchmarks and valued support.
