Diversity, equity and inclusion policy

Our commitment to Diversity, [Equity/Equality] & Inclusion

adm Indicia is dedicated to building a workforce and culture where every person — regardless of background, identity, role or location — feels respected, valued and able to do their best work. This isn't just a compliance exercise: we believe diverse teams, equitable practices and genuinely inclusive cultures make us a stronger, more innovative business.

What this means in practice

  • Merit-based decisions. Recruitment, promotion, development and reward are based on capability and performance, applied fairly and consistently.
  • Equal access to opportunity. We provide training, development and career progression opportunities to all employees, and we're building a unified framework to make these pathways consistent across our global business.
  • An inclusive, safe workplace. We have zero tolerance for bullying, harassment, victimisation or discrimination in any form. Employees can raise concerns through their manager, our internal grievance mechanism, People Business Partner, or our confidential whistleblowing channel, without fear of retaliation.
  • Accessibility for all. We're committed to reasonable adjustments and accessible working environments for employees with disabilities, long-term health conditions and neurodiverse profiles.
  • Mental health as a DEI issue. We treat psychological safety and wellbeing as core to inclusion, not separate from it.

Progress with intent

Encouraging women into leadership remains a core foundation of our DEI programme. By 2030, we're targeting 40% female representation across our Global Leadership Forum.

We're working towards at least 20% of our annual procurement spend being placed with smaller businesses and those owned by diverse, underrepresented groups, by 2030.

We're proud members of the United Nations Global Compact's Target Gender Equality initiative, and we report on our workforce composition and DEI progress annually to our Senior Leadership Team.
