This report encapsulates our sustainability progress and achievements in 2024, as well as continuing efforts around our environmental, social and governance priorities. Future-Proofing Our Supply Chain
From ethical labor practices to mitigating supply chain risks, we work with 900+ supply chain partners worldwide to uphold the highest standards of social and environmental responsibility. Collaboration has led to stronger supplier relationships; targeted support help suppliers at different stages of their sustainability journey; and engagement programs offer specialized training on key topics such as greenhouse gas (GHG) accounting and supply chain transparency.
Through various initiatives designed for our supplier network, we’ve enhanced sustainability performance across our supply chain:

Innovative Design Delivering Sustainable ROI
By prioritizing upstream innovation, we are actively reducing Scope 3 emissions and fostering more responsible product design. We look forward to expanding initiatives to embed eco-design into our product strategies for our clients.
Several real-world examples, with real environmental impact:

Ceramic mugs replacing steel cups for one client led to 47% water savings and a 58% CO2 reduction, equivalent to an Olympic-sized pool and 4,800 liters of diesel, respectively

Reusing a modular event booth across multiple festivals led to 71% reduction in CO2 and water usage, leading to a nearly 40% cost reduction through circular economy principles
